One word - 'spirit'. They have to have character and personality. Everything else is superficial. While the superficial girls gets lots of guys, those kind of guys ain't worth $hit. I'd rather be with someone who is a little twisted, a little different, a little wierd, than someone who is your run of the mill glamour. Real beauty has nothing to do with looks. I am totally with the dude in 'American Beauty' who say to the glamour that she is normal, but that the less 'attractive' girl has real beauty. Pretty girls with no personality are tedious.

To me the hottest element about a females is her concepts. i'm no longer kidding. The smarter you're the more suitable constructive. Now the different issues are significant yet that mind and wit is a huge turn on. Now I married my dream female she is 5 2 and one hundred thirty 5 kilos with blond hair and blue eyes. For me it would probably be easier to name the few things I don't like, rather than the 500 things I do like.
I don't like:
- Girls who resemble Paris Hilton / Nicole Ritchie / Lindsay Lohan, etc in ANY shape or form. And yes, I'm speaking mostly about attitude and personality.
- Superficiality (I just invented that word), dishonesty, infidelity.
It's hard to describe traits that you do like because if you feel a certain way about someone, you can look past some of the minor things that you don't like. God knows what bad traits I have that my girlfriend looks past...

Good looks, personality, long hair is nice not bothered by the colour.
Good dress sense.

personality, it does not matter what you look like although some men will go for the barbie/ model look.you could dress in sack cloth and ashes but it is more important to be able to relate to the person you are with, after all you may be with that person for quite some time.

I usually go for brunettes, but I could go for any hair colour. I'm into kind, down-to-earth girls, no arrogant, independent types for me.
Obviously if she was dirty and smelly it would be a huge turn-off, but I'm not hung up on what clothes she would wear.
I would also hope that she didn't have any kids, I tried that once and didn't like it. I would hope she'd only want kids with me.

Always chinese or japanese asian types,black hair,nice personality,cute,olive skin,personally i find them much nicer than european women or any from other countries,many have that drive and push that others sadly lack.
Singaporean as very best preference for looks as well as personality.
just met a chinese woman who was raised in hong kong,very nice person,i just hope it works out.
