What I mean is does the fat leave your body through sweating or urine or what exactly?

No, that's just water loss and that's the inital weight loss that most people get. The rest is through...metabolism...

I'm a nurse. The fat cells are unfortunately there for life, they only shrink. Your best bet is to have lipo suction to removed them for good. I would also have to say that the doctors now in days have wonderful payment plans available and/or loans. You body eliminates what it doesn't need and anything in excess is stored as fat. Try not to eat fat in order to lose what you have. If you burn more than you take in, you lose weight and vise versa. Take care.
