There is a excercise ...
You stretch your tongue right out and try to touch your nose with it (20 times a day) that excercise's the muscle area round the chin.
I've never had a chubby chin, but thats the excercise i was told works.....Give it a try...
Also....Try to stick to the 2000 Calories a day limit
Cut down on Fatty / Sugary foods...
Grill foods instead of frying....and eat Oven Chips...
Stay away from Fast Food Places...Take sandwiches to work with some Salad..
Excercise in the House...if you don't feel comfortable outdoors/Gym
Cut down on fizzy drinks...stick to pure Juices...mixed with diet Tonic water or flavoured water
Have a choc once at night as a treat...or some fruit as a alternative

Well if you are already thin then i am afraid there is nothing you can do!! It is usually hereditary. My friend has the same problem, excess fat around the chin area despite being tall and a size 10! She thinks it looks realy bad but I keep reassuring her that it isn't that bad!! It looks kind of cute on her I think! if you are really dissatisfied with it though the only option is surgery! But is still no guarantee that it will not return.

You should start with a strict diet. I have the same problem, and when I gain weight you can notice it in my face right away. When I lose weight you notice it in my face right away as well. So, before you decide to go under the knife why don't you try to step up the working out and add a hardcore diet for a month or two and see what happens. It can only be beneficial for you anyways.

I don't think you can target just your face. You have to exercise and eat right to lose weight all around. You would be suprised what losing a couple lbs would do to your face so just try it!
Otherwise you could get lipo or some kind of sugery. Or you could exercise your face by talking a lot or chewing gum.. lol.

Sorry sister, if you are thin the only way to get the chub out of the chin is to go under the knife, it is not as $ as a bnch of other stuff you could have done but if it makes you feel better...I would go for it!!! good luck...

everyone loses weight in different places
i have really skinny arms and quite fat legs sometimes...
...its just luck
maybe contact a surgeon if you think its really bad
