It really depends on your age, and your height. Don't worry about "losing" (unless you are under 5 ft. tall)....and if you are over 5 ft 4in, you shouldn't try to lose any more. Just eat healthy, stay away from empty calories, and stay active.

When you get older it gets harder to maintain if you aren't in a good healthy eating/exercise for life mentality. Try to get there now, and all will be well.

You don't mention your height, frame size (small?), or if people comment on you being "too thin", so I will assume at least the last one is true. If it is, then perhaps you should not lose more weight, but should gain instead.

Some ideas:

1. Do you eat frequently? Perhaps you tend to skip meals, if so, stop! Eat good meals as your body needs the fuel especially if you are working out.

2. Are your workouts mainly aerobics? If so, stop immediately and switch to weight training of some sort. Keep the repititions under 12 and increase weight if you can do more than that.

3. Ask your friends if they think you are too thin. True friends are very sincere generally, and will tell you if your look is unhealthy.
