It is an imam, not preist. And the answer is simple. Islamic civilization has been in a downward spiral since the 15 and 1600s. Many failed attepmts to conquer Europe and the Inidian subcontinent, the fall of the Ottoman Empire, and international mandates in the Middle East (Iraq, Palestine, Syria, Transjordan) have left most of the Muslim world with a bit of a chip on their shoulder. Call it manic paranoia.

They feel their priesthood is in danger.
This is true, not only for Islam, but for all religions.
In these countries, there is a very high degree of unemployment. Those that do not get into college cannot find decent jobs. They become priests. There are other uneducated people waiting in the wings to become priests.
So, those that are already priests do not want to lose their priesthoods to these other uneducated guys.
What would you do in a corporate job when you felt that you are easily replaceable?
You would want to shift the management's attention away from your job. That is what these priests do too.

After experience of Afghanistan and Iraq it can be anybodies guess, people of powerful countries killed more then half million people in Iraq and now they say it was a mistake they were misinformed, somebody should inform them that people they killed are not only Muslim but they are human beings with flash, blood, soul, emotions, brothers & sisters, sons & daughters and other family members to miss and morn, they are not sheep and goats which can be killed for no reason, Let me correct Islam is not in danger, but Muslims are in danger, people of powerful countries have over shadowed hitlers regime with modern arms to kill and media to justify the the killing

Christians say - The end is near, come get ur salvation and gaurd urself.
Muslims say - The end of our religion is near, so lets gaurd it.
I think its a motivational trick to keep the followers on road and to remind them the harder part to come and to get them ready to face it.

with all the terrosit osma etc muslims are hated by many people bcz they think its written in the quran .. but actually the terriost are doing it so that they may exact their revenge against they revenge against the western countries but using an escuse tht no we r doing it for isla,m
