Serve some plain yogurt on the side, or swirl some into the soup if you don't think it will ruin the recipe. But don't cook it with the yogurt, obviously.

If it had tomatoes in it, you could puree some more on the side. Then mix it in to the soup. Just until the taste is to your liking. Do this with what ever main liquid ingredient that was put in the soup. Also add a little seasoning for taste, no more pepper though.

peel a potatoe and add it to the soup when cooking,,remove it after you can pierce it with a fork ,(the potatoe absorbs ) i know it really works when ive added too much salt to dishes i cook,,,
