2. flatten my tummy and get a 4-6 pack
3. tone my legs and booty

1. bench press and preacher curls. your wanting to lift a weight you can put up bench wise 3 to 4 sets of 8, and when you are able to do 3 to 4 sets of 12, you increse the weight 5 to 10 pounds. Similar process with the preacher curls.

2. SIt ups and crunches
Your goal is to be doing about 50 to 80 situps and 70 to 100 crunches 5 days a week

you wont start here, so you need to work up to it... doing 30 and then adding 5 or so and working your way up to that... once you've been able to do that no problem for a few months,... then make the sit ups inclined,.. increase the incline as it gets easier

3. Exercise bike,... cycling while in the raised up position (butt off the seat) at high speeds will work the area you want. Trust me,. at first you will be sore,. and it will burn,. but soon it will feel good,. and the tightness will come with time. Your goal is 30 to 60 minutes 3 to 4 times a week.
