The use of many different essential oils are quite effective for getting rid of pimple and acne scars. These oils are applied directly to the skin, however, if the skin is sensitive, the oils can be diluted with grapeseed oil.

Rosehip seed oil, applied directly to the acne scars, is very beneficial. Rosehip seed oil contains essential fatty acids that heal scars - even scars from wounds. It can even help reduce wrinkles! Aloe Vera gel is also a great help in reducing or eliminating acne scars. You can also drink aloe vera juice, which is also beneficial. Essential oil of lavender seems to be the most commonly used essential oil in the treatment of acne scars. You can also try applying corsica to the acne scars, as it is known for it's skin regenerative properties.

Other home made remidies to get rid of pimple scars include making a paste of sandalwood with rose water. Apply it to the scars before going to bed, then wash it away in the morning. You can also apply cucumber juice to the scars. Wash it off after about 20 minutes.

If you’re looking for accurate acne information, best to see a dermatologist. Some people believe doctors are predisposed to take the easy way to deal with acne… prescription drugs. But, with many, this simplistic answer may not be the appropriate course of action. Some feel that such prescription drugs just treat the symposium and not the underlying cause. But, a local dermatologist is still your best starting point.

For me personally, I discovered a great informational acne treatment site. Not only is there good information/articles but I got their audio e-book and following it’s advice can now say that my acne is a thing of the past! Keep in mind, were all different and there are various types of acne, so what works for some may not be totally effective for all.

Bottom line, hang in there, you will get past this! Sincere best wishes and good luck.
Oh, by the way the site that helped me is:

Probably you can only spend your $$$ and get no results. Pimple scars mainly is genetic in my opinion. Example: My mother had 11 pregnancies, out of those eleven (2 were c-sections). She hardly had any stretch marks. Us, the daughters, we have minimum stretch marks and we did not use anything special other than regular lotion when we were expecting and our skin was itching. My father has excellent skin as well. His scars will fade away on their own to the minimum to the point that you have to look real hard to notice them.

Make a paste of Sandalwood and rose water. Apply it over the scars and leave it for half an hour, twice a day, every day. Also a paste made of curd and honey could help.

Hope this helps, since it did for me.

Same answer I gave the last pimple question :P

Sea Buckthorne oil ... do some research on it. It has amazing properties in accelerating the healing of skin. You can take it internally and apply it straight to the affected areas. It works really fast and dries my zits up overnight as well as balancing my skins natural oil production. It's used in hospitals in China and Russia for healing and promoting skin recovery from radiation burns and apparently astronauts use it too, when they are in outerspace to protect them from radiation burns!!! Amazing stuff. I love it.

I'm a average teenager who gets pimples and i've seen that the best thing to do when you get the scar after the pimple goes away is to leave it alone, no creams, no peels, no face masks, no nothing, it works, just take off the extra skin on top of it ONLY when it's ready to be taken off. it might hurt but, o well

You can try natural home remedies or cosmetic surgeries.

You can read all about cosmetic surgeries for scar removal here http://www.bestoflook.com/cosmetics/Acne-Scar-Removal.aspx
or you can try some home remedies here http://www.grannymed.com/meds/scars.aspx

Here are some remedies you can make at home:

# Smear Vitamin E Oil Caplets on the scarred area.
# Smear some tea tree oil on the scar to help it heal faster.
# Put 1-2 drops of lavender essential oil on a cotton ball and apply on scar.
# Blanch green tea, soak a cotton ball and apply on the scar to help it heal.
# Mix Aloe Vera and vitamin E gel caplets and apply to the scar.

Time will heal.
So, you have to be patient. It takes about a few months of prescriptions by the doctor. (not oral prescriptions)
Seek a Dermatologist for consultation. He'll recommend which ointment/cream to apply to the skin.
It will work. Don't worry.

you know what your problem is too psychological..
the more you think of your problem the worst it become....

pimples is a natural defense mechanism of our skin and should not be treated as a problem.....
leave your skin alone because scar naturally disappear and is self-limiting

I may sound out of tune.... but its true

the more you think of it,,, the worst it could be
