just like the guy stated above me classic army, ics, and tokyo marui are the top 3. the c02 guns i would say kwc my friend has a kwc desert eagle co2 and hits around 410 fps. i would caution you with c02 pistols my friends had a skrimish and my friend with the desert eagles hit my other friend in the face from 10 feet away. i'am not kidding you the bb was embeded in his cheek.

the top 3 manufacturers of airsoft guns are Tokyo marui, Classic Army and ICS, TM makes many many differnet types of guns and classic army makes many of the same but the guns are sometimes considered higher quality because they contain much more metal and are more solid tahn tokyo marui
as far as co2 guns go, i'd say crossman because not many legitimate airsoft brands carry co2 models, they are usually greengass, greengas guns are more expensive but usually more powerful and look better than co2 counterparts. my supplier i use is Airsplat.com check around there for gas guns.

best supplier i have found was airsoft wisconsion on ebay...good luck.
