Um, there's an obvious third choice you should consider.

Okay, here's what you should do: Tell your parents what the priest said. If he says something again, tell your parents again. Whatever happens, tell your parents as it happens.

This may be something innocent, and if it is, telling your parents hasn't done anyone any harm. But there's a significant chance it's not, and then telling your parents all along will keep this from escalating into a disaster (assuming that your parents are suitably aware of things going on around them). Maybe you should tell another adult besides your parents as well, just to be on the safe side.

If I said that to you, I would mean that you have wonderful qualities of God that you show to others. Unfortunately, it seems that in this world, one must always have their guard up, so always be aware. Remember, if it is honest and innocent, then everyone in the whole world should be able to know what he said, so it is good and OK to tell others, for it is a compliment.

Ask him. You're not a boy, so that's good in a way. Whatever he tells you, just know that he's only a human, and if he does/says something wrong, you're allowed to report it to your parents.

You should always question the motives of a priest, and if you are not an adult you should never be alone with one.

If he tells you something like that again you should tell your parents about it.
