calves because i really have skinny calves,
my biceps its really weak, my chest its fairly weak and my thighs"quads".

There is NO WAY to spot train, the best you can do is work on every muscle of your body. ALWAYS REMEMBER, we only control 10% of what we look like... the other 90% is genetic.
