If you are meaning spayed or neutered, they will be fine in a few days with rest. Might take them a couple days to start eating again.

There is not really much you can do, other than the instructions your vet gave you when you picked up your dog. Just put him in a nice quiet room, in your house, make him as comfortable as possible, and just let him sleep and rest. He should be back to normal in 1 or 2 days.

Your veterinary should have sent home instructions wit you and also the vet or a vet tech should have gone over the instructions with you when you picked your dog up. Follow their instructions as they know your dog best.
Don't worry your dog will be back to their self in a day or two. Remember no jumping/running for 7-10 days and don't let them lick their incission.
