without actually saying you like them? I really like this guy but seriously, he' doesn't like girls to ask HIM out but rather the guy ask the girl out.

Apparently he's dense and not very bright if he thinks the guy is supposed to ask the girl out all the time. I suggest you write a note that says I like you, tie it to a rock and throw it through his window. Better yet toss it at his head, maybe that'll knock some sense into him
