I like to put strawberry preserves, with butter on my crisp toast. Or cream cheese on top, with some fruit slices. This goes well with my favorite bagels too.

Grated cheese, chopped onion, mixed with beaten egg and seasoning. Put it on the toast and back under the grill until it starts to rise and goes light brown
