It is now a taboo in our society. but
the ancient Egyptian pharoah and South America Incas kindoms practised it without any deformity in their offsprings. this was the only way to maintain and retain their blue blood heredity gene for their hierarchy imperial court ascendency.

Ok-If she is ur sis by blood~then Yeah,VERY WRONG and NASTY and JUST PLAIN NASTY!!! But if she is ur sis by like marriage or something then i don't c anything wrong with that. But PLEASE don't have sex w/ur BLOOD SIS,it's wrong and gross!!!!
