Yes, there are white owls...mostly in the northern US and Canada. They are snow owls. They usually don't bother crows...they hunt on the ground from the air or a high place where they can see their prey on the ground. Rabbits, snowshoe hares, and small mammals. They might defend their hunting grounds, if the crows are intruding. Larger hawks would hunt crows, so would falcons or eagles. Hope this helps.

Yes, there are white owls. They have white feathers to blend in with the snow. Most owls hunt rodents and other small creatures. Crows are doing fine from what I checked, unlike the vultures (nearly extinct in India/Iran, poor Zoroastrians).
I think hawks would kill a crow if they had too not an owl.

Yes, they are called Snowy Owl. Basically Crows and Ravens bother Owls, Owls do not bother them. Usually you will see large groups of ravens or crows "mobbing" owls to keep them out of their territories. Usually they (the crows and ravens) are protecting their nests. Crows and ravens will also do this to raptors as well. The owls and raptors RARELY fight back, they usually just let the crows/ravens harass them.

Yes, there are Snowy owls which live in the arctic, and barn owls, which are kind of white. Barn owls eat mice, but I'm not sure about snowy owls. I think I have heard of owls bothering crows, but I doubt it's that common, and it's mostly us bothering them.
