My sister has been bullied for 8 years and Iv had enough. Her school and the police have never done anything because they dont know what to do.
On her birthday in July she got a text saying really nasty things so i went down to where her friends were and had a go at them. Her friend then apologised but 3 of my friends got arrested because a fight happened when i was trying to speak to this girl.
Last night my sister got started on by the same girls that i had a go at back in July. I was at work and she came in and told me and i was livid. I want to go down to where these girls hang around tonight and let my sister smack the girl who pushed her just to let them know were not putting up with this any more.
I want to bully these girls so they know what my sister goes through.
One of the girls is a nasty piece of work and can make the other girls do what she wants them to.
Please someone help my mum doesnt want us to go down there but my sister and me really want to.

You poor sister, I think she is luck to have a sister like to protect her.
I feel bullying is absolutely wrong. And no one deserves this kind of treatment, especially when at school.

Record,
1)all the text messages, all the places the bullying took place,

2)take photos if possible, basically collect evidence of this
bullying, any bruising and vandalism and show this to the

3)head of the school.

4)If the school doesn't do anything take it to board of education.

5)Go to the local newspaper,

6)Follow these girls, find out if they have a gang, or of any other victims that are willing to tell you about there victimization.

7)Name these girls, tell everyone about these girls.

8)If Possible change her school.

9)If no action is taken, get a lawyer, and take these girls or the school to court.

10)Find out about the school rules on bullying and what action is (If any) taken. get these girls expelled.

I really hope this can help you. I really feel for you. I hope you can sort it out. Please let me know on yahoo answers. You will be on my watch list.

No, I really don't think you should. Violence is not going to solve anything.
My younger sister was in the same situation when she was at secondary school - a girl who had been bullying her for a long time broke 3 of her fingers, and the school did nothing about it. In the end, the most simple solution was to move her to a different secondary school, so she made a new circle of friends, and that was it - the problem was over.
If you go down there and start a fight you are likely to get either badly hurt (if they are that bad, how do you know they are not carrying knives around etc) or in a lot of trouble with the police. Then you will have a much worse problem on your hands.
Listen to your mum and take her advice, it sounds like she knows what she is talking about.

Just out of interest, your sister is in year 10, so she's about 14 or 15? Where is she going in the evenings anyway? If she's hanging out on street corners or whatever kids do these days, perhaps that is part of the problem. Maybe she should find something to do, or somewhere to go where she can be with friends and do something constructive. Just a thought.

Hi well i supppose if the polie arnt going to do nothing then i say go and sort them out your selves. There just bullies and think they can do this to people and get away with it.
Make sure you get them one by one on there own as all together they will just laugh in you face or start a fight, you and you sister need to scare each girl one by one and scare so they wont grass to each other.
If the police or teacher wont do anything i think you should write to the head office as bully can end up being serious.
Just go down and see what there problem is, dont even argue with them, One smack and they hit the deck, Sorted!
Then if you get arrested tell the police if they had done something about it in the first place it wouldnt of come to this.
I would record everything if you have a voice recorder on you mobile then the police have evidence of what these girls are doing.
Police are the same all over, they would rather hassel people who are riding on a push bike with no lights or something when around the back of the houses someone is getting bullied and beat up.
Our town is the same once when i was still at school we were sat in a playground thing, yeh being noisy but not causing anyharm, so the police came and took our names and told us to move which of course we did. But at the same time on of my other mates was getting bullied in the back street and she slit her wrists because of them. So if he hadnt of wasted out time on us when we werent doing nothing, he could of helped her.
All I say is get it sorted before it gets worse.

Definitely do not go down there. My son is 13 and has been bullied since he was 6. By mean older kids in our neighborhood.
The police were always at my house because I was always calling them. They were at the point where they said "we're not babysitters"...I mean these kids literally terrorized him..pulled his hair out spit in his face...he couldn't even be in his own front yard.
I became the mother of all mothers let me tell you. But you know what?..Self empowerment is really the answer. Get sis into some kick boxing classes..or defense classes of some kind because the first time she stands up for herself and whoops some serious butt will be the last time they mess with her. I put my kid in karate..it gave him confidence..he's never had to use it but he has the confidence to use it if need be..that what counts.

well i agree with your mother if you go down there you are sinking to their level and really not being much of a role model to your sis. But i would be sick of it as well i just think there has got to be away to beat them at their own game without getting in trouble. You know they can charge you with assult and that will stick to your record and could keep you from a good job like nursing or any job with hands on with kids or older people so think twice if these little b!tches are worth the fuss.

also you can put in writting and make a copy for yourself that this is happening and give it to the police department and the school and who ever else has been told but not helped and at the bottom of the letter just put the truth that you have reported this time and time again to no prevail and plan on suing everyone in your way for not helping or neglect of the situation and if it continues and no one listens take your letters and documentations to a lawyer and if they feel you have a case they may not charge you unless you win

If your sister has been bullied for 8 years she must leave school fairly soon. Don't do anything that will get either of you arrested. You have to especailly careful as you are a lot older than these girls bullying your sister: you could get into some real trouble & what happens if you are not around for your sister to talk to ?

they sound like the cheerleader B itches that were all over the news last week. Pretty much the same situation. Get a group of local citizens together and put together a "Zero Tolerance" plan for bullying in the school district and bring it in front of the school board. Bullying ruins the educations of so many students. STOP THE BULLIES!!

DONT put yourself on the same level as these girls. Hitting back at them wont help you. You need to go and see the headmaster at her school, and put in a written complain. Let the shool deal with them. Dont know about where you are, but here in South Africa. bullying is not tolerated, and the parents can be asked to remove their child from the school. Speak to the teacher/principal.

OK, I must till you that you really have a problem, my little brother had the same problem two years ago, the situation is too complicated because the other buy had a brother with a long criminal record, And here is how i solved it, I bought the other buys, and it worked just fine, not only he stopped bugging my brother but he also a friend of my brother now, they play soccer must of the time.
Here is a hint, these buys really liked soccer and I bought their soccer team the clothes and the accessories of some team, you should try this out, it might work.
