When i joined weight watchers i lost 7lbs on my first week then about 4lbs the next .After that it settled to 1-3 lbs a week .Weight Watchers suggests that a 2lb a week weight lost is the healthiest way to lose weight .Ive seen a few people lose weight too quickly and have been left with some lose skin(a bit horrible) and to be honest after all that hard work we want to show it off .I personally think i lost that little extra at the start due to exam stress at uni .Remember that as u lose weight u need to exercise, doesnt have to be hours every day ,it will tone u up and make sure u dont get lose skin plus u will find that ur body shape will change quicker
2LBS IN A WEEK IS GREAT !!!!!
GOOD LUCK !!!!!!!!
KEEP IT UP!!!!!!!
hope this helped

I lost about 4-5 lbs a week on the special K diet the first 3 months was dramatic, then it stablized, I lost about 70 lbs in 6 months. I just really got into it, some say it was too fast but, I made sure to keep my nutrition up, and I actually ate more healthy, as well as taking a good multi-vitamin. My school of thought was "IT's gonna suck, so lets do it fast", I could see people getting pissed off that I was so successful, I am now at 139 lbs, 5'9" male, (small framed), I'm very happy where I am with my weight now, I used to work with this really mean fat guy, I saw him the other day in the Bank, he tried to embarrass me by yelling out very loudly "Eat a cheeseburger will you", I shouted back "I'm not ashamed of my body, can you say that", the whole line at the bank cracked up, screw everyone, I MADE IT !

I have lost about 10 pounds in the last week but i'm severly overweight and I have a long ways to go. The recommended weight loss per week is 1-2 pounds. I just checked in with my dr yesterday and she said that mine was probably all fluid. Just so you know, you may not lose 2 pounds per week. Your body tends to put the brakes on after a few pounds to readjust itself. Then you will start losing again. You may do this a few times. But you did great. Keep up the good work.

I lost 4 lbs. gained back 2 and lost 2. I figured it out tho. If I stay around or under 1200 cal. a day, I lose. Go to a site called fitday.com. It's a free calorie tracker and diet journal. You have to play around with it a little until you figure out how to ad foods and stuff but I notice that writing down everything you eat (and no cheating!) really helps you stay focused. It's amazing how fast those calories can add up. Even when you're eating healthy foods. I'm on a roll this time and doing really good. Try it and let me know what you think. Good luck!

Hia I lost 7 pounds in just over a week, but i reckon this is just because I have just started and its like the initial kick off! 2 pounds a week is a good, safe amount to lose each week and dieticians say that you are more likely to keep the weight off long term if you lose 2 pounds a week.
Good on you and good luck!
