Stop and think. This woman is your boss. Suppose you have a relationship with her and it doesn't work out or you want to get out of it. How do you think that will affect your job?
If you value this particular job, you should not date this woman. As your boss, she is being unprofessional by making it so evident she has a crush on you.
This could certainly affect the way others at your workplace feel about you. Be careful!

NO! Cause if it don't work out there will be alot of friction at work. And then before you know it you'll hate your job cause you will have to face her everyday. And if it was to work out, do you really want your girlfriend to be your boss at home and at work? Ha Ha. You better think this through. I say leave it alone. And this is coming from a woman's aspect.

First off, it could get really awkward if things don't work out. Trust me.
How are you goign to take orders from her? Will she treat you differently? That's the worse thing, a boss that treats you better and getting your coworkers angry or worse and making yourself feel bad.
MOST OF ALL: DO YOU LIKE HER??? You haven't said. If you are doing this because you are trying to take advantage of her, do NOT proceed. Unless you really like her, it's not worth it.

I worked for Sears and the Manager liked me alot.
You want to talk about crazy.
During the 15 minute break in the afternoon, we entered the broom closet upstairs......case closed
The rule of thumb do not fraternize with the Boss druing work hours or after work hours especially when she is a female and the reason is as follows.
I make one mistake in a broom closet and she gets pregnant on the first go round. WTF!!!

I ran a business with 44 staff, 75% women. Golden rule number 1, never s c r e w any of the staff because one day, you might have to sack them. Therefore, in your case, if you're looking for job security or a raise, go for it. But let her down and you might end up on the dole!
