No, you are wrong. Nothing has been taken away from the Bible, nor has anything been added to it .

Read the version of your bible, it was not the way people spoke 2000 yrs ago. Go figure, the powers that be control what they want you to think and believe ... it is all about power and control. Religion has no other purpose.
Oh yeah, by the way ... Jesus was 'elected' the son of God in abut 4000 AD. It is all so contrived.
Also, the Da Vinci Code is a work of fiction. Those that believe in it, goes to explain why so many fall for the bible. Check out the book "Holy Blood, Holy Grail" those are the guys that spent 20 years researching and inspired the work of fiction that Dan Brown wrote.

Of course it was changed. That's been well documented over the years. The Jewish Torah is the first five books - that's a commonality across both Judaism & Christianity. However, the rest of the books vary - there are some writings accepted in Judaism that aren't part of the core Christian books (the book of Baruch, for example). Catholics and Protestants have different sets of writings as core in the Old Testament - and a different common order in the New. There's also a large number of books in both Old and New Testament apocrypha - writings discarded as not worthy of being in the core scriptures, but not necessarily wrong.

The development of the New Testament is an interesting read - and fascinating history. You can find a nice resource at http://www.ntcanon.org/

Yes, I think so but it's against the law of God to change or add to the Bible of our perferences. It's not a bad idea to research to find the correct Bible.

yes the bible has been changed. the took God's name Jehovah out of the new king james bible. and put Lord in place of his name. read ps 83 verse 18. the movie about Jesus Christ was a lie. Jesus was never married to anyone. he never had children. I would never see a movie about Jesus Christ that is a lie about him.

the history of the bible is interesting. I believe it is complete in it's 66 book form due alot in part to what was in the origional ot from the earliest manuscripts and what was in the nt based on criterion more than voting like it being inspired and some apycrophial books say they are not the words of God. All sixty six books are in agreement.

Yes, i think so.I believe the Da Vinci code. i still have faith in God and Christ because it is not God who made the changes in the Bible, it is the greedy people who wanted power and influence over the many.

yes. it has changed and evolved over the years. from the time of moses to the time of solomon, it was primarily an oral tradition, passed down from person to person. after this, it was a collection of different written texts (scrolls, parchments).
by the time it was "canonized" (condensed into the mere 66 books we have now), there were over 300 different texts available.
and these 66 are even debatable, as there are misspellings and alternate words/phrases in most of the comparable ancient sources.
