Any local grocer or drug store will carry isopropyl alcohol. Use this to disinfect the skin. Hydrogen peroxide is another choice you could make. It does not sting as much as alcohol if you have a minor cut, etc.

Stores like Publix and Kroger are good. just ask them for rubbing alcohol or hydride- in- peroxide ( that's not how you spell it but that's how you pronounce it).
