There is a shuttle service.
"Transferring to the South Terminal is simple with our free automatic train which operates every three minutes with a journey time of two minutes. The transit station is located on the first floor in the North Terminal and adjacent to the main railway station in the South Terminal."
I'd allow 15-20 mins in total

A very long time - there is no North Termial.
However if you'd like to reach the North Terminal it takes about 10 minutes by airport shuttle. Easily found, and boarded at, at the South Termial

There's a monorail train that travels between the two terminals. Travel time on the train is only a couple of minutes. There are trains every 2 - 5 minutes during peak time and about every 6-10 minutes off peak.
