They had unprotected sex within the last week or two in October as of January 8th she was 6 weeks pregnant is it possible for her to be pregnant by my friend....please look at your calendar !!!!!!

Well, it takes no time to conceive. She would have conceived immediately if she conceived at all from their little tryst. If she conceived the last weekend of October, let's say Saturday, October 28th, then she would be 11 weeks pregnant as of today, if it is his child and that was the last time they had sex.
It is mathematically impossible for her to only be 6 weeks pregnant by him as of January 8th "IF" the last time they had sex was the last week in October.
Someone's telling a fib here.
But is it her or is it him???
There's the real question!

If her due date is August 29, 07 she likely got pregnant on or around Dec 6, 06, NOT in October as she claims. My opinion is that your friend is not the father unless they had unprotected sex in the beginning of December.

It is very very possible he is the father. He had sex wth her. Also he could also be one or the other could be lying about how many times they slept with one another. The best thing she can do is wait until it is born and have a DNA test done. And it also depends if her gestational age is correct or not. If he is the only one she has sex with (no penis penetration with any other man)then it is definitly his but it is more than likely not his. The best way for both your friend and her is to not have sex without birth control and protection. This goes for both counterparts. Also as for conception goes sperm stays in your body for up to 48 hours. Doesn't take long at all for conception to occur.

Six weeks Jan. 8th means that whoever she had sex with at the end of November is the daddy. For it to be his, she'd be around 11 weeks. So its not his. Conception happens within a week of sex, not a month. Sperm can only live inside her body for a few days.

It is now his responsibility to demand a paternity test. He'd be a fool if he just gave in and paid her child support if he isn't 100% positive the baby is his.
--Are you sure that's the only time they had unprotected sex? He wouldn't have had it more and is too embarrassed to admit it?

the last week in october is too early for her to be pregnant by him, unless it was after that. they would have had to have sex in mid to late november. tell your friend to count backwards from jan. 8th. then tell him to protect himself and his partner from STDs and pregnancy. use a condom.

I think your friend is possibly a lier. Tell the guy too get a DNA test without your friends knowledge of you telling him

I think you friend knows properly when they had sex and what.. were you present when they had sex all the time... dont be a fool may be they must have done, why will the girl tell lies... you let them decide

it takes 1 month to become pregnent. if ur friend is not sure then ask him to go test it. better u don't take decision in their matter.
