The dead man who appeared to be an Eskimo had a fish in his mouth and could not possibly have made the recording, chewed on the fish and fire the gun whilst sitting on the toilet with his trousers around his ankles. Elementary my dear Watson!

Recorders shut off when they reach the end of the tape. When someone shots themself in the head they drop anything that is in their hands. The victim wouldn't have had the gun or the recorder in his hands.

Seeing as others have opted for the recorder being off, let me guess and say the gun was a shotgun and the pellets had entered through the back of his head....

someone must have stopped the tape, otherwise the recording might want to really have the sound of the guy falling to the floor to boot, and at the same time as lifeless human beings can carry on to thinks they could hook, like the set off of a gun, lifeless human beings won't be able to draw close on to blocky such issues as a recorder. the area of the bullet wound would were anothre aspect. there are purely some places that folk shoot themselves contained in the top, and something else is almost honestly homicide. Likewise, if the guy changed into afraid about being killed, then there's a distinguishable shakiness in his voice from the terror and adrenaline that would not be cutting-edge in someone who had already come to words with what they were about to do. finally, to be sure that it to legally be considered homicide, and not in any respect helping suicide, some different person might want to have had to tug the set off, assuming the gunshot is what killed him. if it is the case, then you could basically examine the gun for fingerprints. for my section, i might want to suspect the roommate. That one note answer screams of the impassive void cutting-edge contained in the minds of serial killers. perchance he basically is going from flat to flat, putting out roommate needed commercials and then braining them some weeks once they flow in. What a jerk! So, did I win?
