By all means keep driving it on sundays (or a nice dry day to keep everything lubricated and moving and the tire will stay rounded tooKeep all fluids changed including the brake fluid as it gathers moisture and can ruin the ABS system and cost BIG BUCKS to replace module and sensors. As far as classic goes is was even before it rolled off the line

That depends on why you have it. Some guys ride in parades, some go to shows, some drive country roads on summer afternoons. Some use them for everyday driving. The answer probably isn't in the car. The answer's inside your head. One suggestion: don't have it as a pure investment; it's too big and too complicated. It won't fit in a safe deposit box, and you can't build a beach house on it. There are better "investments" out there. It's either a tool or a toy. Have fun.

Nice car!
Stupid fast too!

As for mileage keep it under 50K, it will not affect the car as much as you think. It is the cars condition that makes it collectable. Things like serial #, engine VIN# match frame, original paint, trans., seats, window sticker, are want makes it collectable. immaculate int and ext. No bondo. No aftermarket accessories because most installers are butchers.

Gotta drive it semi-regularly like off peak like sunday 6AM. And change the oil too. Otherwise the seals wil run dry etc.

From personal experience I don't like storage. The car tends to get forgotten about there and will go to hell. My dad ruined a 195? Benz 190SL because he put it there and did nothing for it for years. when he finally decided to do something with it, the brakes rusted together..etc etc.. an $80K car got sold as a shell for 15K. Same thing happened to Moms MG....

Besides, You gotta enjoy your toys! Good luck, you got a winner there!

There were too many of these produced to be an instant classic and with the re-introduction of the camaro and firebirds, it will be even less likely. Still a very nice car and if you like it, I would keep it safe and nicely kept.
