If you're tired and sore then don't go, have a rest. Some people say, "No pain, no gain". Such rubbish, if you're tired and sore you're body is telling you to take a break..............:)

Everything that everyone is saying is true, if you want to go more than 3 x per week cut down the daily time spent in the gym and you can also consider 1 day of weightlifting per one day of cardio

yeah, you are fine to go up to 5 times per week. Its natural to feel some pain in the muscles, but be careful not to over-exert. Take a day extra off if pain is intense.

going to the gym daily is only necessary if you're bodybuilding. giving them rest allows them to heal, grow, and tone. 3 times/week is perfect as long as you're not BSing

sometimes its better to give your muscles a rest. it gives them time to recover and to not get too used to your exercise routines.
