On the carton it says it is good for cleaning brushes, but I want to use it for my paintings because it is completely non-toxic. Will this medium do something bad to my paintings with time...like yellow it or something crappy like that?

I wouldn't worry too much about that. The products they provide today are usually pretty safe, colorfast, and hard to yellow over time.

As long that it is not water based, its a-ok - Turpenoid or Turpenoid Natural (not necessary for water-based oil painters).

Yes, you can use natural turpentine in oil paintings. After all, that is what the old masters used.

Yes it is a medium similar to white spirit. Check your allergies before trying one or the other...

It worked GREAT when I used it. It won't turn anything yellow at all either.
