Hm. Depends on the guy. If he's a nice, open person, he'll be nice to everyone. If he's a manipulative "nice guy" (like I used to be/still sometimes am) he'll only be nice to girls he's attracted to to "get them". If he's an honest man, he'll tell or show the girls he likes them clearly and openly, and he won't pretend to be nice to them to get in their pants.

By saying he can't ever get upset with you means he is the type of guy who is very polite. It shows he is probably passive in nature and he really adores his female counterparts therefore, he would be that way to all girls but that is a good thing. Don't let it take anything away from you in terms of your being confident he likes you becuz he's just a nice guy. OK? atta girl!

there are some guys who dont act nice even to their crush...but generally boys act nice around all girls
