Good food, but evil forces have altered some of it to cause explosive reactions to microwave cooking.

Ready Brek is goooooood stuff. Age knows no bounds when it comes to food that's just good.

But you might want to turn down the power on your microwave. I find that if it's a high power microwave, things like soup and oatmeal end up the same way if you don't turn the power down to medium.

first of all there is nothing wrong with a grown man eating ready brek. Secondly i find the best way to make it is to heat up the milk in a cup in the micro and then add it to the powder in the bowl.

because ready brek is evil and the work of the devil. I suspect you are eating it because you are too lazy to make porridge.

depends on the power of your microwave. adjust accordingly, but putting a loose lid over it would reduce the splatter.
