hi, ive got symptoms like rosacea but you have to be like 30-40 yrs old to get them when im only 15!! and i get a watery eyes so EASY im so sick of it? has anyone else got the same like me?

The rash and watery eyes at your age would seem to point to allergy conditions. Especially check for environmental conditions like smoke.
