well i say that men are slow enough as it is without putting hormones in the mix ( boy likes girl hormones) so yea take it as a reply. If i were you i would make the first move as this one sounds a bit shy.

No but you need to catch him when he's not with his mates so you can get him to respond honestly.
Guys are less likely to act like d*ckheads when they're not surrounded by their mates. Sad, but generally true.
