Nisha, I take it that you are referring to 'Tang', the Indian bottled drink ?
No aerated beverage including 'Tang', which inevitably contains sucrose, is safe for a diabetic !

I am not sure what tang is, but if you mean Tango, the drink, then I would say only drink it if you are hypoglycaemic. I do not exactly know, but if they do do a sugar-free version, it shoud be a good enough alternative, though keep in mind the effects of too much sweetener.

Sugar free tang is, regular tang has lots of sugar in it.

i doubt it. Isn't the sugar pretty high in that ? I guess it depends on how much you have, like most thing's.
