since you're skin looks washed and pale then that is a sign that your body is lacking in some nutrients it needs i would suggest to try and eat five different kinds of fruit and veg a day an possibly eat more vitamin c which you can get as a supplement or the healthier option is try an eat fruit that contain vitamin c ie oranges, if you are relay concerned you might be also anaemic so i would strongly suggest to speak to your doctor about it then they will do some blood tests to see if there is any underling problems that you might not be aware of and they will be the best honest i think who can give you advice on the correct vitamins you need and it is a lot safer as your health comes first and foremost.

You may be lacking vitamin c.If you arent against sun beds then id get yourself one session a week,it will give you a glow.I suffer from the same in the winter months.Even using a red tone of makeup on your cheeks can make you look less pasty, the body shop do a good one which is like a liquid, also the benefit range of makeup do a similar one too.Or even bronzer which will give you a golden glow too. Some people just dont have alot of pigmentation in their skin,or only look healthier in the summer months.
