No. Police is sinked in corruption as well as judiiary. Simple person even avoid to go court. Court is meant only for lawyer and police to make money. Police don't use their mind.
In the FIR enclosing a letter from Delhi dated 15.8.2003 my wife complained to her father that her husband beaten her yesterday. But in ivestigation My lawyer in law (her father, mother, brother all) have given statement that they were visited Delhi on 14.8.2003 as her son in law was out from the room for 15 days.

Such more prima facie evidence of this case going to be false has been noticed but despite it police has mentioned to arrest me in their investigation. This is total useless of mind by the police.

Of course in the machinery involved in the process of law there are many spoilt cogs, but carefully following your case and not depending completely on the machinery of justice will ensure justice and justice for all.
