Last I checked kissing doesn't leave marks so I guess you are talking about hickeys. If you want him to kiss your neck tell him but a girl going around with marks on her neck is low class and nasty. Have higher expectations for yourself as maybe he does.

Be open enough and tell him exactly what turns you on. The longer you keep quiet abou it, the more you are killing your relationship. Dont be surprised to wake up one morning and feel having another man who will kiss you on the neck. Love is all about openess & communication.

I am like you...I love it when a guy does that to me. So here is my advice...next time you kiss him on the neck like that...tell him that you love it when he does it to you...that it makes your toes tingle or whatever you want to say. Personally it gives me goosebumps. It always works with me and the guy ends up doing it more often. If you want a guy to kiss you somewhere more often you need to tell him, demostrate and tell him how it makes you feel. I find a lot of guys love information like that..gives them a sense of power. Good Luck!

Say with a shy but devilish grin, "Kiss me here," while putting your fingers lightly on your neck. Maintain eye contact and smile until he buries his face in your neck. Enjoy!

Tell him and ask him and remind him of the time that he did that and how you felt when he did and how you long for him to do it again just to feel what you did when he did that and how you felt about him when he did and etc. etc. if he doesn't after that then he is mad.

Talk to him, maybe he doesn't like doing that. All person is different, one might like it when the other hates it. Like that you'll get a straight answer once for all.
