My Bff thanks she is fat. Her dad thanks she is fat even her sep mather thanks she is fat! So we went too 300 sits and sent $37,390. But thay all falled. The naxet day I went to a Dr. and he said if her watse is 36+in. She mite go in to srger or may die. I went to her house and maseted her watse and it was 48in. SO I NEED YOUR HELP!!!!!! HOW CAN SHE LOSE WEIGHT?!!!

she needs to eat smaller portions of food. Instead of eating 3 meals a day on a large plate, get her to eat 5 meals a day on a saucer-size plate. This will keep her stomach from stretching and making her feel hungrier, as well keep her metabolism working at a good, steady pace. Try to lean her off red meats, and start eating more fish. Esp tuna. (try eating plain tuna with honey-mustard! its really good beleive it or not) and its low in fat, high in protein. Ensure she eats a minimum amount of carbs, If she must eat bread, only have rye bread, in moderation. Stay away from pasta, and dairy products. Start her on drinking at least 3 cups of plain green tea everyday, squeeze a few drops of lemon in it too, as this will flush toxins and fats out of her body. Go for about a 20 minute jog every morning and night to keep heart rate up all day and night for continuous burning of fat. Ensure she drinks 8 glasses of water a day (best with a bit of lemon or lime). For breakfast, half a grapefruit (with honey if its too bitter) and a cup of high fibre cereal (with soy milk) or a slice of dry, rye toast is Ideal as this will flush toxins and get the metabolism going. Eat nourishing food with plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables being part of it. Chew each morsel at least 32 times. This will activate signal to the brain as soon as u have had enough. Besides this change in eating style, take regular light exercises and brisk walks every day. U will be able to gain/shed all extra weight gracefully and in a reasonable time span.

it's "t-h-i-n-k-s". you do know this has spell check right? I would recommend she go on a diet for 21 days of only fish fowl cheese diet drinks and no carbs. It worked wonders for me. It puts you into a state of ketosis you can go to the store and get what is called Ketosticks. the more purple the better. If she isn't already totally skinny. Make sure she doesn't have like diabetes or any health conditions that would kill her if she did this.

Look her in her room 1 month and dont give her nothing to eat!!!!See if she lose weight like this...good luck!!!

stop eating so much junk food, exercise, go for walks, get exercise videos and do them together, keep busy! dont give into temptation!
