My next oor neighbours cat has moved in. in general she's well behaves and no hassle. However recently she has been pooping, peeing and being sick in our living room and on our beds. we have now closed all the doors so she can't get into any rooms unless we're there too. So she seems to have taken to doing it on her own bed. She is quite old, we think 16-18. HELP!

Hi there...senior cats develop age-related disorders/diseases such as chronic renal failure (CRF), hyperthyroidism, diabetes, etc. All can be life-threatening if not caught early enough. Please consider ringing your veterinarian and ask if a visit is in order.

There could be several problems with your poor kitty. Esp. with her age! There is ALWAYS a reason the kitty isn't using her box anymore. I think a trip to the vet ASAP is in order!

Good Luck!!!

It amazes me why people ask these sort of questions on line its more than obvious she needs to see a vet no one on line is qualified to tell you what is wrong with the cat take it to a vet.

She's become senile (my 15 yr old cat did the same). Please take her to a vet and let her die humanely without the pain and fear she's having now. Thanks for giving her some love in her final ays.
