I'd like to know?making a Turkey with a cajun stuffing.Would it be allright to combine Andoule Sauage with Oysters,and Shrimp in a cornbread stuffing?

I think it sounds great. Except I'd leave out the oysters. Otherwise there might be too many flavors.
