You better practice body building in a gym. That will help you gain weight. It is a healthy way, howeve, there are some other unhealthy ways which I dont recommend people do so. I hope this can help.

It may be because of your family gene.I doubt whether there is and specific medicine to gain weight, unless you are thin due to any deficiency. You can take good food and do exercises to add weight.Above all be happy and do not worry about your body weight.

hey sweetie

you should go talk to someone who works at a bodybuilding place or someone who works at a GNC
or a GYM
and see what they can tell you

protene shakes help alot, have one with every big meal(lunch dinner breakfast)
eggs are good to eat, long with chicken andwhite meat
red meat is not the best for you(not unhealthy tho) but if you eat to much, then it gets bad for your health
make sure you eat alot of good calories
probably a 3000 calorie diet a day
but not junk food
good food so you dont get fat, you get bigger

also talk to your doctor they can help

Eat more regularly and work out. It will build you muscle..eat healthy fats like nuts and yogurts but you can also eat chocolate and crisps! Remeber to drink water, with soda and still eat healthily! Oh and also increase the portion of your meal..God bless..x

personally, i like my men thin;) but hey! try eating more red meats and pastas. Other than that, ....its not the healthiest choice, but u can take creatine for a couple of months, that will pack on a bit of fat for u.
