stuff sticks to it, like hair and stuff so obviously it can't be 100% clean if you share it with someone else. you mus rinse it really good and get the outer layer off before using. That's what I do when I absolutely need to share soap with someone else.

Unless said otherwise during the purchase of your soap, your soap is not self-cleaning, and bacteria easily grows on soap.
Is it clean to share the same bar of soap?
That would be a controversial question. Many people share soap and all is okay. There is of course a small increased risk of spreading disease such as skin-to-skin infectious skin lesions to each other. I think a better question would be whether you are comfortable sharing the same bar of soap? And whether the person(s) your sharing it are in good health. For example I am comfortable sharing soap with my famiy members but not with total strangers.

If one member of the family has something like staff, then you may or may not wish to share the same bar of soap. But most families use the communal bar.
And on the other end of the spectrum, you don't want to be like Al Gore, taking seven showers/day, each time with a new bar of soap.
I wouldn't worry about it.

Sharing a soap bar is not clean. A soap bar can even have bacteria on it.

You can rinse it off. Bacteria don't last long on most bar soaps due to the alkalinity.

In my opinion it doesnt matter, it's the HOT WATER that cleanses us. I Never use soap on my face, but yet it's squeaky clean, soft and unblemished.
