i can't seem to understand why i'm putting on so much weight. i watch what i eat, work out ALOT but i'm only getting bigger. and it's not mucle mass. i'm increasing in size. i don't even know what the scales read.
what medical conditions could be linked with unjustified weight gain.

It could be a thyroid issue, because that's a major factor in managing weight and metabolism. Go see a doctor as soon as possible, because with your life style, that shouldn't be happening unless there's something wrong

I have heard that Thyroid problems can be linked with weight issues, I am going through the same thing however I have just found that its the IVF medications doing it to me. I hope you get your prob sorted out, its so hard just try and stay possitive you know your self that something is not right so take your self to a doc and let them run some tests

Eat nourishing food with plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables being part of it. Chew each morsel at least 32 times. This will activate signal to the brain as soon as u have had enough. Besides this change in eating style, take regular light exercises and brisk walks every day. U will be able to gain/shed all extra weight gracefully and in a reasonable time span.
