That looks like a dog with some serious dental and mange problems - I think it needs to see a vet and have something done for it - but yes, hideous comes to mind when viewing that photo.

that dog is in the Guinness world records for the ugliest dog award so it has to be an ugly dog. But its a shame that hes like that
