It's possible to immigrate to Canada from anywhere if you apply and meet the qualifications. Why don't you check out the Canadian Immigration website to get the information that you need?

I believe it is. The rates (bank balance) are different for different visas in different countries

hmmm...aorry do you mean "own expense??" or "won " expense...as won does not make sence.Do you have family in Canada? If you do they can sponsor you
