There is no quick and esay way, unfortunately, however if you used the right tools, with strategy and combined you can gain a lot of muscle and become lean, it does take discipline and dilligence though, plus a lot of planning ahead. Take walks or run, instead of driving your car, or pick a sport, or hobby become an athlete, like be a cyclist, play basketball, swim if you are able to, take the right supplements to acquire lean mass and muscle. Also the key is water intake.

drink lots of water - it will prevent your body cells to retain water (fat)

not quickest but helpful: chew your food 20 times. when food is in smaller size, your stomach will easily digest them so that it will telll your brain that "I am full" so will not eat more.

Duh! Eat less and exercise! Try jogging after you had dinner (but not right after you ate, an hour after would be good). That way, at least you won't gain MORE weight.
