I would expand it to include Iran and Syria.
I have a zero tolerance for mass murder of random innocent civilians. I would like to make a spectacle of these soulless people so that the even the possibility of another radical muslim militant organization is discouraged from opening it's doors in the future.
(I for one don't believe for a moment that all muslims participate or support terrorism. I've been to the Middle East plenty of times and have never met an abnormally violent or even angry person in any country I've visited. They're just like us. They just have a lot of really bad people.)
