wut if you're 19, weigh 44kgs n 1.55m, n you're tired of being called too skinny by your friend?
i mean, it's not like you're starving youself to be skinny. you eat a lot. maybe you've just got high metabolic rate.
but hell, there're many people out there who wants to be skinny right? ( i hope so!!) your friends have those excess fat but they just wont admit it, so they take it on you.
you try to love yourself but you cant, thinking why cant you just be normal?
wut do you do?

Just make sure ur eating enough meat, as this is harder to break down, might help slow the metabolism. As this is how ur body is though, there is not a whole lot you can do about it, but just try to love your body, this is what u have, so work with it! And there are many girls out there who are overweight who would love to be skinny. Maybe they say this to you because they wish they were like you. Appreciate it. One thing u can do, is try layering your clothes, (if the climate u live in isnt too hot). or even wear clothes that have pleated looks, this will give ur body a fuller appeal. Just make sure they fit u properly, some girls try buying clothes that are too big, but that just makes u look smaller in comparison to ur clothing when ur swimming in them! There are many ways of tricking the eye;) Here are some fashion tips you should keep in mind when shopping:
Stay away from skin-tight pants, wear looser fits, but not baggy!

Eat nourishing food with plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables being part of it. Chew each morsel at least 32 times. This will activate signal to the brain as soon as u have had enough. Besides this change in eating style, take regular light exercises and brisk walks every day. U will be able to gain/shed all extra weight gracefully and in a reasonable time span.

Consider yourself lucky? In any case, metabolic rate slows with age for some people so you may yet put on a few pounds. If you want to look less like a beanpole, dress in plaids, solid colors, horizontal stripes, etc. and wear bulkier clothing if you want to. But mostly, if people are making you uncomfortable they're probably just jealous. Recognize that and you'll be fine.

get new friends, challenge your "non-skinny" friends to an athletic competition to see who is fitter, or tell them if they are your friends they will quit making judgement the the shape of your body.
