Vegetarian food is certainly good. It is refinement in food habit. Unless vegetarian food is not available, there is no need to go for non-veg items. Veg is the best no doubt but if you are a active sportsperson & a person visiting to gym to build a muscle mass you definetely need a lot of Protien which is available in plenty in chicken,egg & fish. Red Meat(Beef) is harmfull no doubt and it has to be avoided.

Drink loads of milk.Dont take napping pills bcuz it has undesirable outcomes and it can make u weak. devour dinner 2 hours earlier u flow to sleep like at 8 p.m and after u hav eaten dinner take a walk outdoors. quickly u receives sleepy with information from 9. it somewhat works 4 me.
