Perhaps you or other people automatically associate nudity with sex, but anyone with a healthy attitude towards the human body isn't bothered by it. The only way you are going to be sexually aroused by the sight of a naked 13 year old girl (or be aroused by her seeing you naked) is if you have a prediliction for teenage girls. And if you're worried about _her_ attitude towards nudity, being a role model by having a healthy atittude towards nudity will give her the same attitude.
One has to wonder how one gets put in such situations. People who go to nude beaches don't go there for sex, and an accidentally open bathroom door isn't the end of existence. And if you think any child should not be naked, how do they bathe or go to the doctor? (A pediatrician is not a pedophile, you know.)
