My job requires for me to stand up for like 6-7 hours a day. So Im always walking, and I walk very fast you are suppose to walk fast sometimes. I have not worked out for more then 6 months or more. But I notice my butt is very firm and my legs as well. Can that be it?

yeah. It is possible, because your are constantly consuming calories by moving around - less fat buildup.

Yes it is. I have a job where I am on my feet and walking around for 8 or more hours a day. My legs are in great shape. And my backside is firm too. Pity about the rest of me though.

Walking is good but you have to remember to incorporate the other two forms of excercise: Toning and Light weight lifting

Some Lower body excercises would consist of
squats, plies, curtsies, lunges, hydrants and many more which you can do a variationof for great results.
Also Biking and swimming sculpt a good butt.

Check out this website for a lowerbody workout routine and excercises.

good for you because you have a good job. you will definitely have that firm butt and legs if you are walking most of the time in a day. no need to go back to the gym.

Sure. It could also be you have a low total body fat percentage, so you muscle shows more clearly. Standing probably was not the main cause though... its the walking.

Absolutely. Especially if you are bending down and picking stuff up, which is somewhat like doing squats.
