If she eats well, and drinking plenty of water, she is not sick, she is in heat.
The best and fastest way to make her stop crying is take her to the Vet and have her spayed. If you let her out and she gets pregnant, you can still have her spayed but usually the Vet charges more. She can get pregnant by more than one cat also, so she won't necessarily stop crying right away. Do the right thing and get her fixed. There are to many homeless cats and kittens already!

in case your mom or dad died...does not you cry too? This cat needs a lot of affection. It probable is amazingly insecure not understanding why that's proprietor left her. do not leave it out at evening and confirm she is conscious you at the instantaneous are not likely to leave her too. Cats are like little ones. they choose love and a aspect of protection. you've were given to stay with the crying for awhile, yet ultimately the cat will give up. The spray bottle is solid reinforcement for this.

My partner's cat is doing that right now. It should only last a few days, it is very annoying though!
The cat is in heat ..it wants to make kittens. So if you are interested in having kittens kick it outside and she will find a mate..or two or three...if not then dont let her out.
Getting her fixed soon would be a good idea if you dont want kittens.
My partner got angry with the cat's wailing at night and he threw her outside ..( his own fault for not getting her fixed) Im figuring im going to have little kittens soon.. you want one? LOL

Sounds to me like your cat is in heat. This is normal behavior for a cat of this age. I suggest that when she finally comes out of it, you should take her to your vet and have her spayed. It will definitely stop her current behavior. She may even become more loving and cuddly.

Be careful with her and don`t let her get outside or she could become pregnant. It could prove fatal to her because she is to young to become a mother. You should check into getting her fixed. This helps with cats and this behavior, as it can become quite annoying with their crying. She will stop as soon as she is no longer in heat.

If she's in heat you need to find her some wild kitty loving or you need to learn to deal with it. Of course, you could also get her fixed. That's probably the best alternative.

if she's very friendly and rubbing against things along with the incessant crying...she's in heat and needs to be spayed soon.
